To Apply to Genesis Christian Academy

2. Submit a Letter of Recommendation from your Pastor.*
3. Submit a Written Personal Testimony of Student.*
4. Submit a signed Agreement to Code of Conduct.*
5. A Homeschool Notification Form must be completed and sent to your local school district.
6. Once all of the above is completed, please to go Jotform to register your student(s) for classes.
