Mission Statement

Genesis Christian Academy seeks to train the minds, develop the Christian character, and enrich the spiritual and academic lives of students for the purpose of glorifying God.  This we aim to accomplish by teaching a Biblical worldview of life in a Christ-centered environment through a Classical model of education.

We foster the moral, social, & academic  growth of our students

We aim to...

  1. Teach the Bible and its doctrines as God's inspired Word.
  2. Build in the student a consistent Christian philosophy of life by integrating all subjects with the Bible.
  3. Create and encourage a desire to know and do the will of God, to glorify Him in all things.
  4. Foster self-discipline based upon respect and reverence to God and all authority.
  5. Develop in the student a proper understanding of him/herself as God created him/her and to help him/her reach the full development of his/her capabilities in Christ.
  6. Foster wholesome personal relationships through development of social skills based on the Christian concept of love.
  7. Encourage respectful and thoughtful class participation in an effort to gain knowledge and wisdom for the benefit of themselves and others.
  8. Promote high academic standards and teach the formation of good study habits and research methods.
  9. To develop creative and critical thinking and the proper use of Biblical criteria for evaluation.
  10. To promote good citizenship through developing an understanding and appreciation of our Christian and American heritage of freedom and human dignity.
  11. To impart knowledge of the world and current affairs and relate them to God's plan for man.
  12. To cooperate closely with the parents and support Christian families in their God-given responsibility to equip their children to be salt and light in the modern world.
